The Home Movie Legacy Project! Each Wednesday at 4PM Pacific Time Rhonda will interview guests who have compelling human interest stories that were fueled by investigating their home movies,

Some episodes will showcase guests who have a particular technical expertise in regard to home movie preservation, including how to organize your media, bringing your analog world into your digital life, best practices for having old film scanned, sharing on social media, crowd funding and tagging or monetizing as stock footage.

Home Movies and personal cinema are a time machine that gives us an opportunity to look at the way our families and past generations lived. They help us to look at the “reel” truth. The films are a powerful catalyst to access memories. They provide us with physical evidence about our past. This can help us to shift our focus and transform our understanding of family dynamics, often giving us “ah ha’s” so that we can move forward in our lives.

Each show will focus on the “why” as to what was the quest of each guest was to use home movies to solve a problem. Did they have a particular project goal, such as creating a documentary, or was their quest to gain clarity about events in their life, or a way to reach out to another family member?
