Born in Recife , Pernambuco ,Brazil , Ivan Cordeiro left Engineering to start filming Super 8 documenting the rapid urban areas changes such as depicted in “CENSURA LIVRE “ , a 28 minute long film about the movie houses destruction. Being an avid photographer he shot , produced and edited several Super 8 films of what has been known as “CICLO DO RECIFE”, is a very prolific phase of films shot on that town . Later on he started shooting 16 mm footage for documentarians as well 35 mm including Production assistant for Brazilian Filmmaker Tizuka Yamazaki on “Parahyba Mulher Macho “ After being accepted to study RADIO TV FILM at CSUN he continued working with film and photography and later on with the digital advent he upgraded his skills into Multimedia field. Now as a Media Producer living in Los Angeles and Northeast Brazil. Specializes in logistics for foreign crews coming to shoot in Brazil and online marketing strategies for companies willing to brand their products via smart streaming multimedia integration.
